New canyoning excursion that starts in the small village of Raices in Allende, Nuevo Leon MEXICO. The estimated time is 8 hours in the middle of the mountains where just a few persons have put their feet on. The streams and water falls invite us to do all obstacles that will be presented, including 3 beautiful rappels up to 25 meters high. This is for people with exploring spirit, that wish to do different thing away from civilization, only MatacanesŪ can take you to live this experience.

Season
All year, beeing carefull on flash floods in the months of August and September. It can be suspended any momento if the river level represent a risk for the visitor. The river level will be monitored the same day of the trip. |
Meeting Point
| The meedting point will be at the Wal-Mart Las Torres commercial center in Monterrey, NL. To get to this point from down town Monterrey, take Eugenio Garza Sada avenue to the south all the way until you meet the Lazaro Cardenas avenue. At this commercial center youīll find a Samīs and a Vipīs restaurant. Weīll be at the front of the Vipīs. |
Difficulty
| Intermediate: this route is apt for people with little experience in hiking, the route involves walking in paths, between stones and can have down climbing. Although this can be your first adventure trip is necessary that you have the ability to move mountain terrain. All our routes includes rappel course. GOOD phisycal condition is required and no one with overweight will be admitted. |
Gear provided by Aventurs
Each participant will be responsible of the gear provided, and will have to be carried in your own backpack when it is not in use. Lost gear should be payed as new. |

Maps
It is possible to obtain maps of the zone in any office of the INEGI. The type of map that is recommended to acquire is the Topographic Letter of the zone of ALLENDE G14C36 |
Groups
| Groups can be made of 5 people minimum. In case of not being able to form a group, you'll have to make reservations with a full payment of the tour and wait to be assigned to one of the groups formed by other people. If you can't be assigned, you'll be refunded. You may ask for VIP groups with no minimum persons and guides will be assigned exclusively for you including all meals, transportation from airport , cabins and hotel nights. |
Food / Meals
Breakfast and lunch snack is incluided and will be provided at the beginning of the excursion, in addition is recommended to take to extra food as energy bars (or chocolates). |
